• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience with hazardous waste
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business or project management-based role
• Minimum 2 years of managing an operations team.
• 40-hour Hazwoper and 8-hour refresher certification
• Skills: (The skills listed are the abilities and knowledge required to perform the job effectively.)
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, OSHA and DEA Regulations as they relate to waste characterization and the transportation of hazardous waste
• Prior experience with DOT shipping, packaging, and labeling requirements for hazardous waste
• Prior experience reading and interpreting signs, labels, waste documents, manifests, procedures, and regulations
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental/Science or Business-related field
