National Impact Manager (Qatarization)

The National Impact Manager develops and leads HEC Paris, Doha’s local impact strategy, ensuring alignment with the Qatar Foundation priorities and Qatar National Vision 2030. Working across academic, corporate, and public sectors, the role drives initiatives that create measurable societal, educational, and economic value. The position focuses on maximizing HEC Paris’ contribution within Qatar through strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, knowledge-sharing, research dissemination, and community initiatives.

• A self-starter with demonstrated ability to initiate and deliver projects independently, turn broad objectives into practical plans, and establish priorities and ways of working for a new function.
• Strong understanding of Qatar's institutional landscape and national development priorities.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate institutional and national priorities into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships across multicultural, academic, corporate, and public-sector stakeholders.
• Strong program design and project management capabilities, with experience delivering strategic programs with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience developing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and measuring institutional impact.
• Strong cultural awareness and knowledge of official protocol in Qatar, particularly when engaging senior government stakeholders and dignitaries, is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Arabic required; French is an advantage.

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, education, or related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience may also be considered.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in higher education, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, strategy, corporate social responsibility, foundations, or ecosystem development.
