NEXBIM Digital Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its BIM delivery team! Were looking for skilled and motivated MEP BIM Modellers to work on exciting international projects across the USA, UK, Europe, and Middle East.
Position: MEP BIM Modeller
Disciplines: Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
Work Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 2–6 Years
Joining: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
MEP BIM modelling from LOD 300 to LOD 400.
Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Protection systems.
Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
Ability to interpret IFC drawings, design documentation and project standards.
Experience preparing coordinated models, shop drawings and construction deliverables.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
Added Advantage:
Experience working on international BIM projects.
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360).
Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM execution standards.
